In compliance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the
free movement of such data (hereinafter RGPD), as well as article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5,
on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPD – GDD), we inform you

 Purposes : to respond to queries and requests made by the interested party through the channels
available for this purpose. With prior information and express consent of the interested party,
commercial information related to our sector may be sent.

 Legitimation : response to queries and requests from the interested party, the processing is based on
pre-contractual execution (article 6.1.b RGPD). The sending of commercial information with express
consent (articles 6.1.a RGPD and article 21.2. LSSICE).

 Data retention: Your data will be retained for the time strictly necessary and in accordance with the
time periods that you can consult in the privacy policy.

 Recipients : You will always be informed and, where appropriate, your express consent will be
requested to transfer your personal data or make international transfers in accordance with current
regulations (arts. 13.1.e) and 44 RGPD, as well as art. 11.1 and 40 LOPDGDD 3/2018).

 Rights : You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation of processing
